Herewith I'll try again at imposing some order on this multi-faceted blog:
MULTIMEDIA: Spent some time today adding more people to follow on Twitter -- many of those recommended by 10000 Words. They look fascinating. And, started following Lance Armstrong on Twitter, which is pretty fun.
Also renewing my acquaintanceship with Wired Journalists, something I let slide when I got busy with other things last year. Ordered Twitter book from Amazon. Don't laugh. Sometimes old-fashioned is the most efficient way of gathering and absorbing material in limited time. I can read a book on the subway. I can't read the computer on the subway, most of the time.
Took a camera and Flip everywhere; used both yesterday but neither today. (Today I was cold, wet and grumpy). Above was from my walk through Riverdale yesterday. It amuses me because of all the Collegian squirrel photos we used to do. Iconic or cliche, or both.
RUNNING: 60-minute walk yesterday (very cold and didn't want to risk injury and gym was closed, so no running). 30 minutes on treadmill today. Ninety-minute massage at Graceful Services today because I could feel those ITBs ready to rage at any moment. I was right. It was AGONIZING. But so, so effective.
CYCLING: None.
